WAY TO GO BJ !
Bennett Wood Jr. has successfully completed all FAA requirements and has passed his FAA check ride on Sunday June 21, 2009 (fathers day) and has been granted all rights, privileges and responsibilities of
" Private Pilot Airplane Single Engine Land"
Thanks go out to the many people who helped make this difficult accomplishment possible. First and most importantly, Dave Sigl is a very rare find in the aviation industry. He is a full time engineer for Bell Helicopter and a part time CFII with a passion for teaching. He went the extra mile to help Bennett Jr complete his training even with the delay from Bennett's relocation to Pittsburgh, PA. Dave was selfless in making his time available for three day weekend training sessions in the June heat wave in Fort Worth, TX. A special thanks to Sky Mav's Flight Center, they made their top of the line Cessna 172 with glass cockpit available to Bennett for two three day weekends in a row. What next, maybe a jet rating? |
