First and foremost we enjoy traveling to see family and friends. We have already been to PA three times and hope to go again during the winter.

If it has a motor in it we like it. All things mechanical are a source of interest to my son and me. We each have a project car.

Joyce loves shopping. If it becomes an Olympic event she is sure to medal! We could have a gold medal winner in the family.

After our son Bennett Jr.  completed his certification for SCUBA  we went on dives to Cozumel and Belize. Next stop shark diving in Australia!

Bennett Jr. spent his free time before moving to PA wake boarding and skiing barefoot.  After the move to PA he is  learning to snow board. Pistol and skeet shooting help fill weekends when he is not traveling. He just completed his FAA written exam and hopes to finish his flight lessons soon. Check out a few of the short video's in the Video Album.

Thanks go out to the many people who helped make this difficult accomplishment possible.  First and most importantly, Dave Sigl is a very rare find in the aviation industry. He is a full time engineer for Bell Helicopter and a part time CFII with a passion for teaching. He went the extra mile to help Bennett Jr complete his training even with the delay from Bennett's relocation to Pittsburgh, PA. Dave was selfless in making his time available for three day weekend training sessions in the June heat wave in Fort Worth, TX. A special thanks to  Sky Mav's Flight Center, they made their top of the line Cessna 172 with glass cockpit available to Bennett for two three day weekends in a row.  What next, maybe a jet rating?
